When a driver steps out of the cab of his/her truck, they
may be anywhere from 4-5 ft above the ground. A fall from
this height can severely injure a driver. Think about this, a
200-pound object (man) falling 5 feet will hit the ground with
about 5800 pounds of force, more than enough to break
bones.

Q. Opine, after scrutinizing the damage to insured
vehicle, whether Driver of the IV could have escaped
getting any grievous injuries during the accident?
No!
As seen from the images of IV, the IV has tipped over to the
driver’s side and the driver allegedly jumped off the IV to
escape. As seen from the images of the IV, for the driver to
jump off a turning IV, he would have to jump off a great
