Mr. Manohar Naik, the alleged driver of IV has escaped with
minor injuries on his person.
However, Mr. Udhav Naik, the alleged co passenger has
extensive crush injuries to head and has died on the spot.
Hence, Mr. Udhav Naik was driving the IV at the time of
accident.
Conclusion: Collating damage to the IV with no injuries
sustained by Mr. Manohar Naik alleged driver of IV), it is
concluded that Mr. Udhav Naik (alleged co passenger of IV
who expired in the accident) was driving the IV at the time of
accident.
