The IV has run over a pothole and overturned on driver
side.
This is a kind of tripped rollovers
A tripped rollover accident means that some external force
affected the vehicle and caused it to flip over. For example,
the vehicle may have struck a guardrail, or the vehicle’s tires
may dig into soft soil along the side of the road. The change
in force and momentum will cause the car to flip. Usually,
these types of rollovers happen when the vehicle is sliding
sideways, and a collision with an obstacle causes the car to
roll.
