                          Fruit Infused Water


          	
          	  Not only does fruit infused water provide essential nutrients
          	
          	   to the human body, it delightfully pleases the tongue. This
          	  makes it a perfect refreshing treat for those with a consistent
          	
               sweet tooth. There are plenty of varieties that can satisfy any
                     picky eater and still meet the needs of the body.

                                                           Water


















                                                   - Sprig of rosemary
                                                   - 1 sliced lemon
                                                   - 1 Peach
                                                   - 5 or 6 chunks of
                                                   Watermelon or Pineapple
                                                   - Handful of raspberries

                                                   Directions:
                                                    Slice fruit and place in a
                                                    pitcher; fill up with water
                                                   (no ice) and let set for 12-
                                                           24 hours.
