Tell us a bit about your involvement with Evermix?
Evermix has been such an exciting project and is gathering pace massively. The amount of times that I’d leave a gig wishing that I had recorded the set was crazy.
So we did something about it but evolved into something much bigger. It’s more than just a recording device and has become a hub for DJs to share their sets or just promote
gigs using clips of what they do. as soon as a new shipment of boxes come in they are pretty much sold out. More in at the end of March so you have to be quick. It’s a small but
great team working on it and I think we have all learned from each other and we have some pretty exciting new features about to launch.
Is there an event that you’ve not had the chance to play at yet and would
love to?
There’s always a gig that you’d like to do or someone that you’d like to play with but it’s good to have goals and dreams. Better that they are left unsaid, or it could look like
you are hinting haha!
What’s the one track you’d wish you’d made?
French Kiss or Voodoo Ray, both simple and hypnotic.
Is there a track in your current playlist that’s your ‘go to’ track?
We all have Go To tracks but they’re only our “get out of jail” tracks if we keep them secret.
Where’s your favourite place to go to in the world? (Not necessarily to DJ, just in
general)
Home, I love travelling but nothing like getting home
Any artists that you’ve discovered and would like to recommend to our
readers?
Wow! So many. Some friends of mine (Technik DJs') do a great little night called “Everything Will Be Alright” that I had a great night at recently. However, if you are an older
clubber and haven’t ever got to see Eats Everything live then make that effort, simply great DJ.
