Eddie Amador Vs. Chris Lake – House Music in my Chest (ESLR’s Mashup) [Free Download] ZONE RECOMMENDED TUNE RATING: 8/10
Given that Eddie Amador, the genius behind legendary old school record - ‘House Music’, is on the front cover of this month’s Zone issue, I thought it would be a good idea to hunt down any local artists making their own edits of his previous work. Luckily, I came across this cracking beat with Eddie’s ‘House Music’ track and Chris Lake’s latest bomb, ‘Chest’, mashed together in true “past-meets-present” fashion! Local DJ/Producer, ESLR, has seen a chance to respect the old school with the sounds of 2015 and took it like a champ!

Bobby King, Konmak, Mac & Gannon – Rag Anthem (Synthphobia Recordings) RELEASE DATE: 16th February 2015 ZONE RECOMMENDED TUNE 8/10
After much recent success, having had tracks released from both this label and other highly acclaimed labels such as Club Educate, Bobby King is back again with the ultimate dance floor trooper of a collaboration. It’s an undeniably huge signing for these guys on Synthphobia recordings, which of course is Bobby’s own self-established record label. The track being of course given with regard to the infamous Irish student celebration that is the almighty Rag Week, summing it up basically as the equivalent of Spring Break in America! This is everything an anthem should be and more with a punchy bass that hits you the second you hear it and keeps you into it up until that breakdown that is full of anticipation for a ferocious drop, also showcasing similar sounds of Melbourne bounce and electro house, it’s catchy as hell and it would make anyone want to jump and shuffle!
