              • The RedZone technology is deployed in all three studios,
                  allowing for members to track their heart-rate, calories

                  burned, cycling performance and fitness transformation.


              • Our technology also allows us to deploy virtual classes to

                  individuals that are not able to workout in one of our

                  studios.


              • The technology has also been built to allow us to
                  manage multiple company-owned and franchise

                  locations.
