 •  Click Data updates will be sent regularly to EIs from Lara Port


 •  Updates are sorted by status and EI, making the information easy to disseminate.




 •  EIs should use the click information to reach out to outstanding RPs


 •  Use this as an opportunity to reference specific content and help establish a positive talking point with Buy
 Side clients.



 •  Act quickly to ensure a successful outcome!




 •  Status of RPs who click on marketing campaigns will be tracked over the course of fielding.


 •  We will track click rates among Buy Side clients based on participation status (past participants versus
 news/refusers).




 •  Executive Interviewers


 •  You are all on the distribution list for each of these campaigns, so  you should get a copy in your email inbox

 in real time

 •  You can click on the link and download a pdf version of these reports to forward as an attachment, or just

 send the link to RPs

 •  You play a hugely important role in getting these materials out to the buy side, so please use these materials

 as much as possible and be in touch with questions!
