Stalking: Generally defined, any person who willfully, maliciously and repeatedly follows
or harasses another person commits the offense of Misdemeanor Stalking. Felony
Stalking is generally defined as any person who willfully, maliciously and repeatedly
follows or harasses another person, and makes a credible threat with the intent to place that
person in reasonable fear of death or bodily injury.
Straw Purchase: A straw purchase is defined as one where the purchaser, under the
guise of personal use, knowingly, purposely and intentionally purchases collateral for
another person who cannot qualify for the purchase.
Trespass: Intentionally and without consent or privilege enter upon the property of
another or enter upon the property of another without any right, lawful authority, or
express or implied invitation, permission or license.
Trespass After Warning: Re-entering upon the property of another when verbally
ordered not to do so by a police officer.
