Relationships of the Combined Gas Laws
By looking at the equation now, we can determine the relationships between different factors:
1. Direct relationship: V P TT
2. Indirect relationship: PV=K (Kelvin)T
This means that when the temperature is constant (stays the same), the pressure and volume have an indirect relationship.
Everyone runs away from
pressure. If there’s too much pressure, the particles run away, which leads to decreased volume. When the pressure increases, the volume decreases.
