5. Cancellation of Services
You have the right to modify, reject, cancel or stop any and all plans or work in process. However, you agree

to reimburse me for all costs and expenses I incurred prior to your change of instructions and which relate
to non-cancelable commitments, and to defend, indemnify and hold me harmless for any liability relating to
such action. I agree to use my best efforts to minimize such costs and expenses.

6. Conditions

Prior to a contractual agreement, proposal may be amended upon collaboration with the Client at the
discretion of the Designer.

The Designer will deliver digital and print marketing services during the 12 week period leading up to the

final vote tally for the Clubhouse Renovation Project.

I cannot guarantee that my work will be error-free (I’m only human!), so I cannot be liable to you or any
third-party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings and other incidental, consequential or special
damages, even if you’ve advised me of them.

7. Responsibilities of Both Parties

I shall obtain releases, licenses, permits or other authorizations to use testimonials, copyrighted materials,
photographs, artwork or any other property or rights belonging to third parties obtained by me for use in

performing services for you (If applicable).

You guarantee that all elements of text, images or other artwork you provide are either owned by you, or
that you have permission to use them.

You shall be responsible for the accuracy, completeness and propriety of information concerning your
products and services, furnished to me either in verbally or in writing.
