Terms Defined

The terms “I,” “my” and “Designer” pertains to
Dana Norman, CME of Captivate Now Productions.
Also, the terms “you,” “your” and “Client” include

any qualified personnel under the Barefoot Beach
Condominium Association (BBCOA). The term “Project”
refers to the BBCOA Clubhouse Renovation Project.
“Both Parties” refers to both the Designer and Client.

Stock artwork and photography are defined as the
supply of artwork or photographs that are licensed
for specific uses. It is used to fulfill the needs of

creative assignments instead of hiring a photographer,
illustrator, actors, etc., and often for lower cost.

The Designer retains the ability to use any of the
artwork in professional portfolios and campaign

advertisements to secure future contracts with new
clients. The Client will be the share Rights ownership
of the artwork initially created by the Designer.
