Description Cost
Marketing Assessment, Setup of Analytics & Hubspot
Free Google Analytics setup. Hubspot requires additional cost and licensing based upon $750
number of accounts managed within CRM system.
E-mail and Print Marketing Services
Including creation of print flyers and brochures, custom e-mail templates and acquisition $2,500
and/or graphic design of icons, images and GIFs necessary to captivate owners.
Facebook Marketing and Management
Including creation of digital flyers and motion graphics plus recycling of graphic designs used $500
in digital and print marketing services for brand continuity. Also includes live engagement
with owners to generate Likes, Follows and Shares of Renovation Project communications.
Town Hall Meeting Videography & Post-Production Editing
Including video and audio recording of two Town Hall Meetings, audio scrubbing, video color $3,500
correction, transition and title graphics, stock audio and online distribution.
Digital Media Analytics and Reports
Including analysis of e-mail, website, Facebook, YouTube and voting metrics in order to $300
determine whether or not further action is necessary.
Door-to-Door Follow Up
Handing out print marketing materials and discussing the project with those owners who have $30/owner
not voted, do not receive digital communications and/or did not attend a Town Hall Meeting. (cost based on # owners contacted)
