Overview
Dear Barefoot Beach Condominium Association Board,
Thank you for taking the time to discuss your digital and print marketing needs, including communicating to condo
owners the benefits of voting in favor of the Clubhouse Renovation Project. I have over seven years of experience
delivering captivating digital and print marketing services in the Barefoot Beach community in addition to five years
of professional film production experience provided locally and nationwide. My expertise will help the Board reach its
goal of acquiring 70% or greater votes favoring the Clubhouse Renovation Project.
My recommendation is to inform owners via personalized e-mail communications, generate excitement on Facebook,
publicize Town Hall Meeting attendance with a sense of urgency, and provide video recordings of the Town Hall
Meetings for those who were unable to attend. The videos are an excellent way to highlight the key reasons why
a “Yes” vote will put more money in their own pockets within the next 5-10 years. Finally, I advise a door-to-door
approach after data analytic reports and preliminary votes are assessed. Given we are short on “Yes” votes, a team of
Volunteer Project Advocates and I will use the door-to-door approach to handout brochures and packets. We will use
this opportunity to discuss the project benefits with each owner who has voted “No” or not at all.
