  Healthy Choices
Pregnancy is the perfect time to start making healthy choices for you and your growing baby.
STOP SMOKING.
As soon as you stop smoking, even if you are already pregnant, the risks to your baby decrease. Speak to your doctor about ways to quit or visit: www.ProjectFilter.org for useful information.
STOP DRINKING ALCOHOL & USING ILLEGAL DRUGS. These increase the
risks of miscarriage, bleeding, smaller babies, premature babies, developmental delays, heart defects, and other very serious complications.
  SEEK
HELP
IF YOU ARE A VICTIM OF ABUSE.
SEEK HELP IF YOU ARE A VICTIM OF ABUSE. Unfortunately, too many women are victims
of physical, sexual,
or emotional abuse. Abuse can begin or increase during pregnancy, placing both you and your baby at risk.
If you need assistance, please speak to your doctor or call the Bingham Crisis Center Hotline at (208) 785-1047
