GRIP N SHINE DISTRIBUTOR AGREEMENT
ENTERED INTO BY AND BETWEEN
Innovative Floor Safety Products, LLC / Nevada
Hereinafter referred to as the Manufacturer
And

Hereinafter referred to as the Distributor on this ______ day of ____________, 20____

WHEREAS The Manufacturer owns the products listed in Annex A, attached hereto,
and, the Distributor desires to enter into an Agreement that would entitle the Distributor
to apply/market the products as listed in Annex A under the following terms and
conditions.

RIGHTS TO THE PRODUCTS
It is an express term of this Agreement that the Distributor will purchase the Grip N
Shine products as listed in annex A, attached hereto, from the Manufacturer and shall
not incorporate any other products or other product brands, whether for application or
distribution. Should the Manufacturer develop and/or promote any other Grip N Shine
product that is not available when signing this Agreement, such product shall be bound
to this Agreement as well.

AREA OF TRADE
The Distributor will be granted from Manufacturer the right to Market and Distribute
the Products within the area of _____________________________.

PAYMENT
Upon signature of this agreement the Distributor shall pay an amount of $30,000.00 to
secure the Distributorship and all benefits therefrom. This Agreement shall have no
force and effect until the payment is received by the Manufacturer.

TRADEMARKS
The Manufacturer is the owner of the trademarks associated with the brand name Grip
N Shine Anti-Slip products, incorporating the trade name ”Grip N Shine”, and no
reproduction of the trademarks is allowed without prior written consent.
