STUDYING THE KIDNEY PROTECTION ACTIONS
OF PREPARATION “NEPHRON – 4”
Abstract:

Diseases and disorders with unknown cause associated with climate change and
human activities tends to increase and animal, human kidney and urinary tract system

sicken significantly with these.
Purpose of this research is to combine four plants, which are used solely and also

used frequently in other nutrient recipes for kidney and urinary tract disorders in
Mongolian traditional medicine, under name of "Nepron-4" to study kidney protection

actions for kidney disease model caused by abnormalities in experimental animals.

We used 60 white mice of breed “Balb” weighing 20-22 g and 144 white rats of breed
"Wistar'' weighing 180-250 g for the experiment and divided the experimental animals

into 4 groups – healthy, control, "Nepron-4" and standard and the numbers of animals in
each group were 5 – 8.

At the 28 day of experiment, when compared results of group animals used version-
3 with results of control group animals, it was seen that the amount of creatinine

contained in serum were decreased 1.06 times, urea were decreased 0.97 times, the

amount of residual nitrogen were decreased 0.86 times and amount of protein in serum
were increased 1.08.

Introduction: Worshipping resource of the Mongolia and conducting research and

development based on its traditional treasury, inventing new medicine and apply it to
veterinary and human medical practice for treatment is very important for solving crucial

issues.
Disorder sample of kidney disease was created by injecting kanamycin sulfate in

muscle with dose of 250 mg/kg to experimental group animals 1 times a day for 5 days

in a row. The pathogenesis and complications of kidney disease were determined by
comparing creatinine, urea, balance of nitrogen and protein contained in the blood

serum.
