Research materials and methodology: We gathered “Iris tenuifolia” roots from
Khurmen soum of Umnugovi province, “Ribes diacanthum Pall” and “Oxytropis
pseudoglandulosa Gonttsch” from ground surface of Yeroo soum of Selenge province,
Vaccinium vitis idaea L from Gunt nearby Ulaanbaatar in 2011 and prepared samples.
144 white rats of breed "Wistar'' weighing 180-250 g and 60 white mice of breed
“Balb” weighing 20-22 g which were on same diet and care in pharmacological sector
vivarium of the Institute of Pharmacology were used as experimental animals for this
research; and experiments were conducted for 4 experimental groups of healthy,
controls, "Nepron-4" of preparation and standard.

Experimental results: At the 28 day following the creation of disorder sample by
kanamycin sulfate for the experimental animals, after treatment with "Nepron-4" of
preparation the amount of creatinine in serum were increased 1.2 times /animals of
treated animal group 0.45±0.009 and animals of control group 0.69±0.2 / which shows
that kidney tissues and tubular cells were getting damaged with effects of kanamycin
sulfate.

The amount of urea in serum were decreased 1.14 the following 28 days after
creating disorder in the experimental animals by kanamycin sulfate and treating with
"Nepron-4"of preparation /36.1±4.6 for the animal of treated group and 42.4±3.5 for the
animals of control group/ which shows that inflammatory activity kidney glomerular and
tubular were decreasing with effect of kanamycin sulfate. At the 28 day of treatment it

was decreased 1.17 the standart /36.1±4.6 for the animal of treated group and 42.4±3.5
for the animals of control group / decreased urea.

The amount of residual nitrogen in serum were decreased 1.14 times at the 28 day
of creating kidney inflammation for experimental rats and after treatment with"Nepron-4"
/17.2±1.9. for the animals of treated group and 19.7±1.64 for the animals of control
group/ which shows decrease of kidney glomerular and tubular inflammation. The
residual nitrogent were decreased 1.15 times standart /17.1±2.1 for the animals of
treated group and 19.7±1.64 for the animals control group /.

The amount of protein in serum were increased 1.04 times at 28 day of creating
kidney inflammation for experimental rats and after treatment with "Nepron-4" /5.9±0.24
for the animals of treated group and 6.13±0.17 for the animals of control group/ which
