inflammation. The amount of protein increased 1.07 at 28 standart /5.9±0.24 for the
animals of treated group and 6.3±0.24 for the animals control group / which shows that
protein loss by kidney glomerular is decreased.
The results of above studies were approved by micro-disorder physical and structural
surveys. When looking at kidney structure of the rat with microscope, glomerular, its
Bowmen shell, upstream and downstream curved tubular, Henli loop, collecting
channels were found to be normal.
28 days after injecting kanamycin to control group rats, wall of kidney curved tubular
were swollen and distance between cells become un-apparent, cells become lighter and
some cells were dissolved, denegeration were continued due to necrosis of tubular.

Discussion: Iris tenuifolia is used for our experiment and is a well studied plant with the
phytochemical and pharmacological studies. Polifyenolit was found to be the biologically
active substance which faciliates antioxidant activity (Purevsuren.G 1996) and the
polyfenolit compound extracted from Iris tenuifolia found to dominate oxidative process
and increase urinary excretion of animals (Sarantsetseg.B 1997).
When comparing the results of kidney protection prescription with Pharmacological
Research of kidney protection preparation of researchers (Tuul.Kh 2003, Suvdaa.T
2010) the amount of creatinine in serum were decreased 1.13 times, the amount of urea
in serum were decreased 1.71 times. When comparing amount of serum creatinine
content of patients to the pre-treatment period it was found to be decreased 1.11 times,
serum protein was found to be increased 1.06 times which is associated with decrease
of protein loss by kidney glomerular.
The amount of protein contained in urine were decreased 1.51 times with effect of
medication which would be the proof of this (Byambadorj.B 1999, Bayarmaa.Kh 2004).
