• What inspires me?

                   • Who around me is supportive and encouraging (and who is not)?

                   • What small successes do I have built into my plan?
                   • Have I started my plan off slow and allowed it to build momentum?

                   • What is the end benefit for me (keep this in mind when things become hard)?

               Draw Your Future Self

Have you ever tried visualizing? It is a powerful technique many successful people use.

People who vividly picture their goals are anywhere from 1.2 to 1.4 times more likely to
achieve their goals than people who don’t. It is motivating to see yourself succeeding. Athletes

are known for using this technique. Remember where you were a year ago? Now, realize how far
you’ve come in the past year. What’s changed? What’s different? What’s better? What’s worse?

Make a plan for the next 12 months so when you reach the future day, you can look back and see

how far you’ve made it with your wellness. Make visualization a part of your plan.

               Get Stuck on Wellness

Setting a goal is a necessity. It keeps you moving forward toward progress. Even milestones
help you get to your ultimate end goal. Surround yourself with others who have the same goal.

You increase your chances of success. And, you get a boost of social wellness.
