* To download the latest updates you will need a valid Update Plan. If you don’t
have the latest version, the “Check for Updates” screen actually shows you if your
Update Plan is still valid. Alternatively you can check your CLZ Account page to
see till when your Update Plan is valid.

What is an Update Plan?

An Update Plan is a subscription for getting updates for the Windows and Mac editions.

The licenses for our Windows/Mac software are forever, you can keep using the software for as long as you
want, no subscription needed. Also, every purchased license comes with a free 1-year Update Plan, which
entitles you to update your software to any new versions released in that year.

If, after that year, you want to keep receiving software updates, you can optionally renew your Update Plan,
either by paying a fixed one-time payment (e.g. US$ 6.95 for 3 months / US $24.95 for a year) or by
subscribing to our monthly automatic renewals (US $2.50/month).

In any case, your license will stay valid forever and you software will stay fully functional, even after your
Update Plan has expired.
