In this first editorial of the magazine Empire, we will talk about some highlights that have

originated an unforgettable year 2020, since the events that are happening around
International Finance, and in itself in all aspects in general, are facts that will last
throughout history; therefore, in this edition the editorial team compiled what would be
most relevant so far in the first half of the year.

What captured the attention of today’s global society revolves around the new
coronavirus, Sars-cov-2, this new virus impacts society and its structure in such a way that
it made see how vulnerable and fragile the societies of this century are in the face of
adversities, since this great surprise that originated at the end of the year 2019, strongly
impact the economies even of the countries that are powered by their growth and

considerable economic solvency, and triggered another series of acts such as
confinement, border closures and large-scale constraints on world trade

The new generations will have to face challenges that the editorial group considers will be
greater, and that could even threaten the existence of the same man, and so these new

generations will have to be able to overcome these new challenges, because, with the
help of technological advances and the constant search for knowledge, they will be able to
become tools that allow them to be prepared for the next black swan.

To conclude, the compilation in this edition aims to be part of that construction of
knowledge and opinion of each one of the readers, so that it is they who determine the

direction that society should take and express it in their actions of daily living.
