junior school supervisors of

was very well acquainted
with the changing face of
education and the paradigm
shift it was observing. He
took all immediate steps to
implement different formats
like e learning and organizing more excursions. The students observed him as
a great guide and were lucky to have him as mentor. After implementing the
seasonal excursion trips there was an observation that the students were able
to retain better than what they could have by just remembering from the
books. In accordance to this picture, Mr Ashok is explaining the students on
different ways of how society can be better place if we all take individuals
take certain responsibility like planting saplings where possible, carrying out
cleanliness activities in living societies etc. The students were very motivated
and thereafter carried out such activities in the respective societies.
