Figure 11-11H–J. The ends should look like this in
your left hand. Bring your right hand in and grasp
the three right-hand ends. Overlap your fingertips
to hide the crossed juncture (H). Move your hands
slightly apart, showing the “short,” “medium,” and
“long” pieces. Then move your hands completely
apart, apparently transforming the strings into three
medium-size pieces (I). Hold the ends now as shown
in your right hand. With your left, reach across, grasp
the middle piece, and draw it out. This should echo
your previous moves of showing “long, medium, and
short” (J).
