Hold up a picture of Harriet the Cow, Georgia the Shetland Pony and Rupert the White Sheep.
“Do you remember who these are?”
Allow the children to answer, “it's a cow, It is Harriet the Cow. It's a pony, It is Georgia the Shetland Pony.It’s a sheep. It is Rupert the White Sheep”.
Georgia the Shetland Pony and Rupert the White Sheep. Are these ht ree animals friends?”
Allow the children to answer, “yes”.
“Let’s see what we can remember about the movements for these animals.”
Hold up one of the animal cards. “Can you show me the movement?” Allow the children time to stand up.
