Module 3: Learning to Write Teacher’s Guide.
  Objective: To recall all 8 Rupert the White Sheep and 5 Zac the Grey Sheep letters
 Lesson Plan:
In small groups, each group of children has the illustrated sheep letter cards and the pages above, IWB 335/336 found on the IWB programme.
1. Select one set of sheep letters, shuffle the cards and place the cards face down in a row.
2. Ask one child to turn over 2 cards.
3. The children then have to recall the letters that are face down.
4. As the children guess correctly, turn over the card, until all cards are
turned over.
5. Shuffle the cards and repeat the game several times.
6. Give each child a copy of pages and ask them to fill in the missing letters.
Independent ‘have a go’ work
• The children could play the game between themselves.
 More to Learn:
Make sure the children are facing away from any visual displays in the classroom.
Support:
For those children that find recall difficult allow them to find the visual information in the classroom.
