 Objective: Mazes
Module 2: Getting Ready for Writing Teacher’s Guide.
   Lesson Plan:
Simple problem solving combined with eye-hand coordination for staying inside the lines of the maze.
1. On a table provide the children with a copy of pages 10, 15 or 18 from the Activities Manual or print off page IWB230/231 from the IWB programme and
a selection of writing tools.
2. Demonstrate and explain to the children that they are expected to find their way to the centre of the maze, without crossing over the lines, collecting the items on their way.
3. The children can then complete the worksheet independently.
