YOUR EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK



                                            The Diversified Employee Handbook contains important company policies
                                            and  is  designed  to  provide  you  with  information  related      to  your
                                            employment. One of our objectives is to provide a work environment that
                                            is  conducive  to  both  personal  and  professional  growth.  Therefore,  it  is
                                            necessary that you read and understand all provisions of the handbook. It
                                            describes many of your responsibilities as an employee and outlines the
                                            programs developed by Diversified to benefit you and your career.

                                            No  employee  handbook  can  anticipate  every  circumstance  or  question
                                            about  policy.  For  that  reason,  Diversified  may  modify,  revise  and/or
                                            supplement policies or portions of the handbook and related documents
                                            as  deemed  necessary.  We  have  established  a  bi-annual  revision  of  our
                                            handbook to bring it up to date with legislation and employment trends.
                                            Every effort will be made to inform employees of these changes as they
                                            occur. As updated editions of Diversified’s handbook are posted we will ask
                                            that all employees acknowledge the review and commitment to following
                                            our  polices  and  guidelines.  No  oral  statements  or  representations  can
                                            change or alter the provisions of this handbook. We urge you to consult
                                            OneStop, check with your manager or reach out to The PeopleTeam to
                                            obtain further clarification or current information regarding the status of
                                            any policy, procedure or practice.

                                            Any questions you have regarding the benefits, policies and procedures set
                                            forth in this handbook should be directed to your manager or a member of
                                            The PeopleTeam.
