        Purpose†

        Diversified strives to provide a safe and healthy workplace for all employees. The following pandemic policies
        outline our overall response to a pandemic outbreak and our emergency preparedness and business continuity
        plan.  they  outline  specific  steps  Diversified  takes  to  safeguard  employees'  health  and  well-being  during  a
        pandemic while ensuring Diversified's ability to maintain essential operations and continue providing essential
        services to our customers. In addition, it provides guidance on how we intend to respond to specific operational
        and human resource issues in the event of a pandemic.

        Diversified COVID-19 Temporary E-Work Policy
        Diversified is implementing voluntary temporary telecommuting arrangements for employees whose job duties
        are conducive to working from home but who do not regularly telecommute.

        Diversified PTO Policy


        Procedure for Requesting Donations
            •  Employees who would like to request donated PTO must do so through the application on OneStop,
               available the week of March 30, 2020. From April 1, 2020 through August 30, 2020, only requests
               related to COVID-19 may be approved.
            •  If the recipient employee has available accrued PTO of his or her own, this time will be used prior to any
               donated PTO. Donated PTO may only be used for time off related to the approved request.
