verSI cable assemblies offer 40–500 pins and four points-of-contact for ruggedness and reliability and exceed requirements for high-speed, 100Ω and 85Ω differential SI applications. They are also tested using IPC 620 Class 3 processes for harsh-environment applications and
ideal for space exploration, defense, and commercial air.
AIRBORN
AirBorn offers both fully populated flexible circuit assemblies and finished product assembly services. Flex
circuit assembly capabilities include surface mounting on flex and rigid flex substrates, hand soldering of SMT and PTH components, Eccobond conformal coating and epoxy, wave soldering, and a variety of testing services.
AMPHENOL PCD
Gladiator connectors are small, lightweight, and low-profile, and ruggedized for use in solider-worn applications. Features include self- aligning magnetic mating, shock- and vibration-resistant spring pins, and an IP67 seal. They support 5A continuous current, USB 2.0 data transmission, and 2,000 mating cycles.
      AMPHENOL PCD
Stingray connectors are compact, low-profile, unkeyed, self-aligning, and optimized for body-worn soldier systems that utilize USB 2.0 and Ethernet protocols. The IP68 magnetic mating interface features pogo-pin contacts and supports semi-blind mating, 0–360° cable exit angles for routing flexibility, and 5,000+ mating cycles.
AXON’ CABLE
Radatox insulated wires and cables
are tested and proven to be 10x more resistant to ATOX and up to 40% lighter- weight than typical perfluoropolymers (e.g., FEP, PFA, and PTFE), 100x more ATOX-resistant than and twice as flexible as similar-thickness polyimide tapes
