         Store food in a clean, dry location away from dust and other

         contaminants








         To prevent contamination, NEVER store food in these areas:



          Locker rooms or dressing rooms


          Restrooms or garbage rooms


          Mechanical rooms



          Under unshielded sewer lines or leaking water lines


          Under stairwells
