When to Wash Hands
You should also wash your hands after:
Handling service animals or aquatic animals
Changing tasks (before beginning new task)
Leaving and returning to the kitchen/prep area
Using electronic devices, such as cell phones
Handling money or cash register
After bussing tables
After using the restroom
After eating or drinking
After smoking or vaping
After touching anything that could contaminate your hands
