Where to Wash Hands








         Handwashing:


          Must take place in a designated handwashing sink



          Scrub hands for a minimum of 10-15 seconds


          Must be monitored



          Constantly train employees on the proper procedures for handwashing




         Hands must NEVER be washed in sinks designated for:



          Food prep


          Dishwashing



          Discarding waste water (Service Sink)
