Where to Wash Hands
Handwashing:
Must take place in a designated handwashing sink
Scrub hands for a minimum of 10-15 seconds
Must be monitored
Constantly train employees on the proper procedures for handwashing
Hands must NEVER be washed in sinks designated for:
Food prep
Dishwashing
Discarding waste water (Service Sink)
