         Food handlers must report it if diagnosed with an illness from the

         following pathogens:


          Norovirus



          Hepatitis A


          Shigella spp.



          Shiga toxin-producing E. coli (STEC)


          Salmonella Typhi



          Nontyphoidal Salmonella
