        Mindfulness
        There are many kinds of meditation, and one that stands out for stress relief is mindfulness

        meditation. Mindfulness actually builds a bigger and better brain.
        It increases the amount of gray matter, the volume of the hippocampus, and the thickness
        of the cortex while it decreases the size of the amygdala, the fear center of your brain.
