GIHS HEALTH AND WELLNESS WEEK-2019

        Students from grade XII AB took the responsibility of taking seminars and presentations
        on the topics –
        1. IMPORTANCE OF BREAKFAST.
        2. BALANCED MEAL.
        3. HARMFUL EFFECTS OF JUNK FOOD.
        4. BENEFITS OF FRUITS AND VEGETABLES.













































        The main objective of the campaign was:

             To involve and share information there by creating a positive impact on students
               and the health of the community.

             To promote healthy eating habits and encourage students to start each day with a
               healthy breakfast.

             To promote student health and reduce childhood obesity.
