A Science Quiz allows students to develop important independent learning skills such as
time management, responsibility, organization and communication. The Science Quiz
conducted across the primary, middle and higher sections on various topics like Plant
and Animal World, Healthy Eating, Food Science, Inventors and Inventions, ,Earth
Science, Electricity, Elements and Periodic Table, Science in everyday life, Space
Explorations, Nobel Prize and Scientific breakthroughs. The final rounds of the quiz
were conducted in the library for all the three phases. The event witnessed enthusiastic
participation from the students across the phases. It showcased that learning can be
ensured through all possible ways not just through books or classroom teaching, bringing
out fun and excitement.
Science Experiments:
The senior section girls conducted several science experiments in the Kindergarten and
primary phases to inculcate scientific aptitude among the students. Grade 12 students
visited Kindergarten classes to show simple science experiments based on density, sink
and float, soluble, insoluble, water proof and non-water proof materials to the tiny tots.
The girls were surprised to see the overwhelming response of the kindergarten kids who
not only tried to perform those experiments but posed different questions to them.
