Dear GULF INDIAN HIGH SCHOOL,

Greetings from Emirates Environmental Group!

Thank you for registering for the One Root, One Communi-Tree 2019 (Phase 1). This
is to confirm that you have registered to collect plastic and aluminium cans.

Your dates for collection are from March - May. Do ensure all recyclables are deposited
to the EEG office within this time period. Please adhere to the two week collection
period in order for you to qualify for the Tree Planting Campaign.

The recyclables can be delivered to the EEG office during working hours from Saturday
– Wednesday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM and Thursday 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM.
Alternatively, EEG can also collect the recyclables from your premises provided the
minimum required quantity of 150 kg of Paper or 50 kg of Plastic or 30 kg of Aluminium
Cans is met for each collection.

Do note that only one certificate will be provided for all recyclables that you collect, and
the amount of the materials will be mentioned in the same.
