The “ideal” teacher needed for the school.


                  “in order for a school to be regarded and viewed as an ideal school, an ideal teacher who will
                                            create an ideal classroom is needed”.

               The school needs an ideal teacher that will start by creating an ideal classroom so that the school
               can be regarded as an ideal.

               The school needs an ideal teacher that will be an effective leader who will always stimulates and leads
               learners in their school work as well as creating a safe and healthy learning environment for leaners
               to learn in order for them to have a sense of belonging in the classroom. The school requires an ideal
               teacher   that will always go to the classroom prepared, planned his lessons, organized, confident and
               compassionate  whereby  the  teacher  see  student  as  individuals  and  encourages  them  to  become
               better citizens and motivates them at all times or rather become their role model, in narrow sense the
               school needs a teacher that will be a reflective practitioner and an agent of transformation as well as
               the user of media who always emphasizes an incorporates the 21st century skills at all times and who
               always integrates technology in the classroom or rather, technologically inclined.

               The school also needs an ideal teacher that will be able to facilitates the learning process and becomes
               the mediator of learning rather than the dispenser of knowledge, this kind of a teacher allows leaners
               to take responsibility of their own learning and does not view leaners as ‘tabula rasa’ or blank slate
               but rather as participant in the process of teaching and learning, In that way everyone gets to learn
               from each other, and hence the lesson is more of everyone’s responsibility. The school also requires
               a teacher who has mastered extensive range of knowledge of disciplines and pedagogical skill or who
               masters his pedagogical content knowledge skills in order to regarded as an ideal teacher for the
               school.  The  school  also  needs  a  teacher  who  plumbs  various  aspects  that  contribute  to  human
               cognitive, in broader sense someone who understands human rights and holds an optimistic ideology
               in terms of changing and transforming leaners.


































               An ideal teacher that the school need is none other than the above and below illustrations.
