Forearm pronation The pronator teres is Pronator teres
palpated medial to the
distal attachment of the Pronator quadratus
biceps tendon on the
volar surface of the
proximal forearm. Pronator
quadratus is to deep to
palpate.

Forearm Supination The supinator is palpated on Supinator
the dorsal surface of the
proximal forearm just Biceps
distal to the head of the
radius. The biceps is easily
palpated on the anterior
surface of the humerus.
