Wrist Extension The tendon of the extensor Extensor carpi
carpi radialis longus is radialis longus
palpated on the dorsal
surface of the wrist at Extensor carpo
the base of the second radialis brevis
metacarpal.The belly is on Extensor carpo
the dorsal of the ulnaris
proximal forearm. The
tendon of the ECRB is on the
dorsal surface of the
wrist at the base of the
third metacarpal, adjacent
to the ECRL. The belly is
distal to the belly of the
ECRL on the dorsal surface
of the proximal forearm. The Extensor carpi radialis
ECU in on the dorsal longus
surface of the wrist
between the head of the
ulna and the base of the
fifth metacarpal. The belly
is apx. 2 inch. Distal to
the lateral epicondyle of
the humerus.
