10.  Non-observance of deadlines for submission of reply slips and other official
               communications\
            11.  No diary for the day; not bringing needed school materials or supplies
            12.  Sleeping or making loud noises inside the library, inside the classroom during
               class hours or during breaks
            13.  Overstaying  at  the  CAPS/  guidance  office  and  using  it  as  an  excuse  for
               coming late in class
            14.  Unauthorized stay inside the clinic such as  hanging  out  or prolonged stay
               after being attended to
            15.  Unauthorized  staying  inside  the  classroom  during  breaks  or  assemblies  or
               dismissal
            16.  Unauthorized use of the computer inside the classroom
            17.  Spitting anywhere in campus and/ or sticking chewing  gum  anywhere

        Students found to have committed any of the minor offenses are dealt with any of
        the following corrective measures and sanctions:

        Note: Repeated minor offense is considered a major offense.

        Other interventions and corrective measures:

            1.  Referral to the level counselor for counseling
            2.  Reflective writing and/ or Behavioral Contract
            3.  Temporary removal of a student from his/ her class in cases of  physical harm
               or bullying
            4.  Temporary denial of the student’s right to participate in designated activities
               or be in certain areas for students in the varsity
            5.  Community Service (can be done in school or in a charitable institution)
