2.3 A student under Strict Disciplinary Probation (SDP) is disqualified from
the current term Academic Honors and Year-End Honors.

2.4 A student under SDP is disqualified from the Values Excellence award.

2.5 A student who commits any infraction during or within the probation
contract:

2.5.1may be asked to leave the school immediately without the
benefit of an appeal;

2.5.2 walk-through

Note: Students under Strict Disciplinary Probation will be referred for intensive
counseling.

3. WALK-THROUGH – a student will be recommended to finish the
remainder of the academic year at home, if he/ she:

1.1 fails to honor the agreements stipulated in the Strict Disciplinary
Probation (SDP) contract;

1.2 poses as threat to security and safety of others such as but are not limited
to injuring someone or threatening to do so, bullying or harassing other
students including sexual harassment and cyber bullying, continuing to
disobey or defy teachers and other school personnel, possession/ bringing
weapons and/ or objects which are considered dangerous;

1.3 possessing, using, distributing, selling or tested positive for illegal drugs

Note: A student who is recommended for walk- through, will report to school only on
scheduled Saturdays to take the assessments (unit tests, long tests, mid-term, term
tests) and submit performance tasks/ projects or course requirements.
