DISCIPLINARY MEASURES, SANCTIONS, AND PROBATION
1. CONFERENCE REPORT WITH PARENT SIGNATURE A student who
commits minor infractions such as but not limited to excessive tardiness or
unexcused absences, acts which disturb classes and/ or school function, non–
observance of the policies on uniform, and other similar offenses.
2. PROBATION A student who is placed under probation is given a specified
period to correct his/ her behavior. Final warning is given to the student who
gets involved in repeated minor offenses. Counseling is part of the measures
given to a student on probation.
3. STRICT DISCIPLINARY PROBATION (SDP) – a student who commits
a major offense and/ or repeated minor offenses will be placed under Strict
Disciplinary Probation (SDP) for a period of one year.
DISCIPLINARY PROBATION CONDITIONS
1. DISCIPLINE PROBATION
1.1 All new students are placed under (either or both) Academic Probation
and Discipline Probation for a period of one (1) year.
1.2 Failure to satisfactorily comply with the conditions may be grounds for
non-re-admission for the following academic year.
2. STRICT DISCIPLINARY PROBATION
2.1 A student is placed under Strict Disciplinary Probation (SDP) if he/ she
commits a major offense or accumulates three or more repeated minor
offenses.
2.2 Commission of any major offense by a student on Strict Disciplinary
Probation (SDP) status may be a ground for non-readmission the following
academic year.
