Connection, Learning and Leadership
Throughout the year we delivered learning and leadership opportunities for
members to gain experience, knowledge, confidence, and grow leadership
capability. While the business landscape is complex and will continue to be so,
these occasions focused on real and relevant topics to instil confidence providing
practical guidance and tools for members.
Our Future
If we pause and reflect on what the past 18 months has taught us all, in times of
challenge and uncertainty, stick to the core, remember your roots, and support
the people.
We believe deeply in our people and the dairy industry, and together we are
committed to navigate the future together.
And finally, let’s not forget the importance the dairy industry plays in the wealth
and wellbeing of every New Zealander now and in the future.
