OUR ORGANISATION
Who we are
Our people are from different regions and generations but we all have one thing
in common: dairy farming is at the heart of everything we do. From our members
and Regional Leaders on the ground, to our Board and Head Office – we all work
toward the common goal of providing our communities with the knowledge
and resources they need to enhance themselves, their businesses and the dairy
industry.
We are dairy women, through and through.

Our values inform the way we interact with our members and the wider dairy
industry.
Whether our members are on-farm workers or rural
professionals, we value everyone’s contribution to the
future of the industry and work to provide learning
and leadership opportunities for all.
People are the heart of our organisation. We provide
a platform for dairy women around the country to
connect through national and regional events, and to
develop relationships and support networks in their
wider communities.
We recognise the fluidity and changing landscape of
the dairy industry. We strive to seize every opportunity
that we are presented with as an organisation, in turn
offering our members opportunities to grow, learn
and develop.
