Dowling Houy was competitively selected as the overall project director The project assignment was to serve as as as the owner’s rep for Sappi throughout the project Lease negotiations were underway for 1 5 floors of a a a a mid-rise in in the Waterfront area of Boston Dowling Houy contributed to the the final stages of the the lease and work letter negotiations ensuring that Sappi’s best interests were met and the maximum dollars towards build out were obtained Dowling Houy created and updated the project’s schedule
