If you enroll in our 80/60 HDHP with H.S.A. option, the Marlins will contribute annually into your Health
Savings Account (H.S.A.). The Employer contribution will be distributed to you on a quarterly basis
starting in January.

Yearly Employer Contribution Amount

• Employee only: $500
• Employee + Child(ren): $1,000
• Employee + Spouse: $1,000
• Employee + Family: $1,200

IRS Guidelines: The maximum contributions allowed in 2021 into your HSA from all sources (Employer +
Employee) is $3,600 for an individual and $7,200 for a family.
