New for 2022!

Starting January 1, we’ve added some benefits that our employees asked for, including:
• A robust, modern Employee Assistance Program (EAP) — Announcing LifeWorks, our new global EAP provider.
With increased mental health visits, a terrific app, and many other options, we are excited to begin our
partnership with LifeWorks.
• Massage therapy with Cigna — and a special note that out-of-network therapists will be covered as if they
are in network.
• Mental health with Cigna — Increased benefits for out of network providers.
