APRIL EDITION
This is really an auspicious and eventful Spring for the families of Mr. & Mrs. Sachin Patil and Mr.& Mrs.
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Vishal Joshi. I am happy to welcome two wonderful march new-born baby girls Teertha Patil and Deanna
Vishal Doshi to our community. Please join me in congratulating families of Sachin and Vishal. Sachin and
Vishal have been valuable assets to our professional services team for a good part of the last decade.
I proudly welcome NovaTechset & Panacea Infotech - our newest acquisitions and additions to Katalyst Family
on behalf of entire professional services division. We look forward to working closely with Panacea Infotech
team to augment & complement PS team’s capabilities. We have started collaborating more closely with all
the peer groups, especially with product team led by Praveen Minumula on delivery and with engineering
team led by Ray Bellan on sales. We hope to learn from their successes, collaborate and contribute for
mutual success. I sincerely thank Ray Bellan and Eric Chan for the trip to AUSA Show (Defense) and for
making valuable introductions, particularly with their potential client BAE. We hope to benefit collectively
from many more such useful interactions and collaborations across the board.
Our team’s biggest success in the 4th quarter was to land a partnership with Knowledge Services Inc.
Knowledge Services is MSP Staffing provider to large clients, including - The state of Utah and State of
Arizona. We hope to expand our foot print with other major clients participating in the knowledge services led
staffing sourcing program. Congratulations, to Nagesh Doddaka for playing a transformational role in pivoting
the professional services sales. Nagesh is our man of the year for the entire division. In recognition of his
dynamic leadership, Nagesh will shortly be elevated to lead direct sales for the professional services team
starting next quarter. I also want to sincerely thank technology experts from our delivery team Mohammad
Afroze and Mohan Kodipillala whose past contributions and great references helped us immensely in winning
these bids.
I welcome Gaurav Gupta and Hitesh Vadlamudi who will be joining us shortly in early April. Gaurav Gupta
had previously worked for the company for six years and rejoined Katalyst to help lead and augment Oracle
delivery team with Hyperion and financial management domain expertise. He will be a great asset to our
Oracle team and will help lead the Katalyst Hyperion Practice. Hitesh had previously partnered with Katalyst
as a pre-sales consultant and chose to join the team as Client Partner. Hitesh has expertise in wide-breadth
of technologies, software tools and will be playing a transformational role in sales & marketing with much
needed millennial digital approach for the professional services team.
Additionally, it is my privilege to announce Katalyst’s association with serial-entrepreneurs Ms. Charu
Ramanathanan & Mr. Ketal Patel to help develop software platform for their new Cleveland, OH based start-
up Lokyata. Ms. Charu and Mr. Patel had a very successful exit from their previous start-up CardioInsight
Technologies. Lokyata, aims to expand financial inclusion by enabling real-time credit decisions through
predictive analytics. We have successfully delivered working solutions to their first two financial institution
clients. Both solutions have been adopted successfully by respective banks to promote financial inclusion.
We are currently working on developing a fully automated software platform with Artificial Intelligence
capabilities as a configurable product all the financial institutions.
Best,
